How do I create a Google Ads account and grant TACT read access?

You can create a Google Ads account on Google using your business information. You can then connect the account to TACT and grant read-only access. This allows TACT to scan the account but not modify campaigns.

Step by step

1. Sign in to Google Ads with your business Google account.
2. Complete your business and account information.
3. Verify the identity of the created ad account.
4. Start the Google connection inside TACT.
5. Select the correct Google Ads account.
6. Review and approve read-only access.

If you don't have it

If you do not have a Google Ads account, create one on Google first. You can use the TACT onboarding profile while the account is being prepared, but First Check cannot return findings for that account.
