Service, Price and Payment
The subject is the TACT Grow software subscription (monthly; the plans are listed on the pricing page). Prices exclude VAT; TRY is collected in Türkiye and EUR in other markets.
Payment is taken on the payment provider's secure page; card data is not transmitted to the Seller's systems.
Delivery and Withdrawal
The service is delivered immediately upon activation. The duration and exercise of the right of withdrawal, and the exceptions for digital services, apply on the basis of the statutory minimum of 14 (fourteen) days.
Complaints and Applications
Complaint and objection applications are made via the support email channel; in consumer matters the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Courts are competent.
