Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Your identity and contact data is processed for account opening, mandatory email verification, subscription management, billing and support; the legal bases are the establishment and performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest.
Transfer and Retention
Data is shared only with the payment provider collecting the payment and with the hosting infrastructure provider Hetzner (EU); where transfer abroad is in question, the conditions of KVKK Article 9 apply. Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose and for the retention periods prescribed by the legislation.
Rights of the Data Subject
Submit your requests regarding your rights under KVKK Article 11 to support@tactlabs.dev; applications are answered as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days.
