Cancellation and Refund Conditions

1. Provider and scope
These conditions concern cancellation and refunds for TACT Grow · tactgrow.com software subscriptions. The provider is Tactfair Organizasyon A.Ş. Tax details: Bornova V.D. 8151144050. Address: Alsancak Mah. Atatürk Cad. Gündoğdu No: 244 İç Kapı No: 4, Konak / İzmir. Contact: support@tactlabs.dev.
The refund policy is limited to statutory minimum rights; no broader unconditional refund or satisfaction guarantee is offered. Consumer law provisions on the right of withdrawal do not apply to purchases made in a merchant capacity or for commercial purposes. These buyers are outside the scope of the consumer right of withdrawal.
2. Cancelling the subscription
Send your subscription cancellation request to support@tactlabs.dev. Include the email address of the account associated with the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops renewal; statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Stopping subscription renewal and requesting a refund of fees already paid are separate requests. If you want a refund, state this explicitly in your request. A cancellation request alone does not create an unconditional right to a refund.
3. Right of withdrawal and digital services
For consumer transactions, the right of withdrawal applies within the statutory period of 14 (fourteen) days and subject to the relevant exceptions under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital services and services that begin performance immediately apply only when their statutory conditions are met.
These conditions do not remove or limit mandatory legal rights. Refund entitlement and scope are assessed according to whether the transaction is a consumer transaction and the applicable statutory conditions.
4. Calculating annual subscription refunds
For annual subscriptions, refunds due under the statutory conditions are calculated by month: used months are deducted and the fees for the remaining months are refunded. The calculation is not based on daily use. Where mandatory law requires a different refund, the statutory provisions apply.
This calculation method does not grant a consumer right of withdrawal to commercial buyers outside its scope and does not itself create a refund entitlement beyond the law. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are also limited to the applicable statutory conditions.
5. Requests and contact
Send cancellation or refund requests to support@tactlabs.dev. Refund requests are evaluated within 14 (fourteen) days; mandatory statutory refund deadlines remain applicable. Correspondence concerning requests is handled through this support channel.
