Distance Sales Agreement

Parties and Subject

This agreement is concluded between Tactfair Organizasyon A.Ş. (Seller) and the user purchasing a subscription via tactgrow.com (Buyer) for the electronic sale of the TACT Grow software subscription.

Service, Delivery and Fee

TACT Grow is a marketing operations software accessed over the cloud. The service begins performance immediately upon subscription activation; delivery requires no shipment or physical step.

Subscription fees are listed on the pricing page and exclude VAT. Payment is taken on the payment provider's secure page, without card details entering the Seller's systems.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund

For electronic services that begin performance immediately, the withdrawal and refund period applies as the statutory minimum of 14 (fourteen) days, saving the exceptions set out in Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation; the details are set out in the Pre-Information Form.

Entry into Force

The Buyer sees and accepts this agreement before completing the payment step; acceptance enters into force once payment is completed.
