Acceptance and Account
By using the service you accept these terms. Email verification is mandatory at account opening; identity sign-in and ad account connections are authorised separately.
Subscription and Payment
Paid features are unlocked only with a valid subscription; payment is made on the payment provider's secure page and subscription status is updated only by the server-to-server confirmation received from the provider.
Rules of Use
Unlawful content, material infringing the rights of others and unauthorised data uploads are prohibited. Publishing does not take place without human approval in the approval chain; platform connections are read-only and live platform operations are subject to separate authorisation.
Liability and Termination
The service is provided as is; except where mandatory law provides otherwise, liability is limited to the total fees paid within the last 12 months. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.
Governing Law
Turkish law applies to disputes arising from these terms; the competent courts and enforcement offices are those of İzmir.
